Hi,
I am trying to do an early upgrade (90 - 180 days) to the iPhone 4S 64GB black 12 month contract. I manage to login to my vodafone account. Click upgrade early. Chose the phone i want. Checkout. My details appear. I select that I wish to collect the phone from my local vodafone store rather than have it delievered to my billing address. Then click "Proceed to payment details" and i just keep returning to the "Your details" page. No matter how many time i click proceed i can never get to the payments page.
Can someone help please.
Many thanks

Problem solved!
After a million variations of my details and delivery preferences i have worked out that the Vodafone website cannot support emails which end in ".it". Had to change the email address registered on my vodafone account to another ".com" email address and i got to the payment page. Seems like a small website bug which could be easily fixed. Still drove me crazy for a day and a half though.

Hi jones0260
I’m sorry to hear that you are having similar problems. Can you tell me if you tried a different browser at all? FireFox, Opera, Chrome or Internet Explorer are some of the ones you can try.
Please let me know if the same happens with a different browser and we’ll be happy to look into this further for you.
Thanks
Wayne
