Where can we find confirmation that those of us who pre-ordered on the 7th are still eligible for the original cashback offer on our account before the handset prices were reduced?

Just logged into 'My Account' for the first time and cannot see it mentioned anywhere, and since it was removed from the website there seems to be very little to back it up.

Hi JC220 and ban,

All customers who ordered up until midnight on Monday 10th will get the £59 bill credit on their November bill (that's the bill generated in November, not the October bill which might be paid in November).

Additionally, if the new prices work out more than £59 cheaper than when you ordered, you'll get that difference back too

What about me, who ordered when this deal was on, however a major foul up at your end cancelled my order, and then I had to re-order on the thursday when this deal was no longer in place? And thus, still Im waiting for my order 6 days after being told I would have it in store to pick up??
