iPhone 4 and 4S

Dear Sirs

Can you tell me when I can expect to recevie my iPhone 4s 16GB phone in black.  I ordered by upgrade on 24 October 2011 with order reference o293066990.

I expected to have the phone by the end of that week and am saddened I was misinformed as it still hasn't been delivered nor have I had any contact to even say it has been depatched.

I stayed with Vodafone and paid a extra for the phone rather than going to a competitor as I had always had good service before and thought that would carry on.  Unfortunately this hasn't been the case with my upgrade.  I understand there is high demand but I wish I hadn't been misinformed about delivery of 3/4 working days.  If I hadn't been told that then I may not be as disgruntled as I am at the moment.
