Hi I just called Vodafone as I can't send picture messages on my phone (done all the troubleshooting), they said on the website I could ask for a ring back, when I called I was told I have to ring THEM back because their "system was having an update." I asked if they could call me back, they said no even though they said on the website I could have someone ring me back. I am unable to send picture messages on my phone. I think MMS messaging just needs to be activated on my account. Thanks
