iPhone 4 and 4S

When I receive a call from my home number or any calls through a company switch board it comes up as a Blocked Number, the phone vibrates once but doe's not ring I have tried my local phone suppyler but so far nothing works.

 I would be gratefull for any help

Are you sure that you have not flicked the ringer button to off ? If you have that would cause the phone to only vibrate. It is not possible to block numbers from ringing you iPhone unless you have asked the network to block certain numbers.

When 'blocked number' shows on the screen it is simply that the number that is calling you is not in your 'contact'  list.

Thanks for getting back.

   some of the numbers blocked are in my contact list and favorites. My home number is also an emergency number due to illness in the family.

At this moment in time my phone has been returned to Vodafone to try and find the problem will let you know the outcome.

Still would be grateful for any help sent.

That isn't true. If a number calls that isn't in your contact list it shows the phone number calling. A 'blocked' number is one that is not giving out the number calling you. On other phones this would show as 'uknown'.

Try dialling your Iphone from another phone that is on your contact list but insert 141 before your own phone number.

The problem being described is almost certainly a network problem not an Iphone problem.
