Why not log in to the website and go through the online upgrade to get a more accurate cost?

Or just have a look at the prices here iPhone 4/4S Online

Becuase I am not acutally entitled to an upgrade due to the amout of time left on my contract.  I have seen that other in my situation have been help on here.....

You might be better off calling Vodafone directly to discuss early-early upgrades, but it will not be a cheap way of upgrading!
