Hi have just got a new Iphone 4 and it doesn't seem to work on 3G. My postcode is M25 1JZ. Is there a way of checking if 3G is not working in this area?
Many thanks

Hiya
Yes the customer service and technical guys have a system, with details on each transmitter and the coverage they should give, just give customer services a quick call and give them your postcode and they can advise you

Thanks for your post here. Congratulations on getting your iPhone 4 ![]()
I'm sorry to hear that you aren't getting 3G signal at your current location. I've just had a look at your location and can confirm that you are right on the edge of 3G service. So, you may find you will be able to pick it up on occasion but in general you won't be able to obtain 3G signal indoors.
We're always trying to improve our network so this may well change in the future. If you feel you need 3G signal then take a look at our Sure Signal devices which offer 3G signal throughout your entire house.

Please let me know if you have any more questions and we'll be happy to help you further
Thanks
