I received my phone today, thankyou.
I am in the process of activating BT Openzone
I tried registering online, and did so without entering the Account PIN or Account Number.
I then called customer services to get my account number and setup the account PIN.
Now when I click on manage services, a screen pops up and I enter my PIN or Account Number.
However this page is broken and "Add my information" button does not do anything.
Browser comes up with Error on page.
I've tried with Firefox, Internet Explorer and Chrome.

We're aware of this issue and are liaising with our website people to get this resolved as soon as possible. I'm confident that we'll have some information soon, and we'll let you and anyone else affected know when we hear of a resolution or workaround. It's definitely a priority for us, and you're not alone!

doesnt seem to be fixed......how can i get this information updated so i can view my bills?
its a waiting game, they say that they are sorting it, even if it does take at least a week.
you can always ring 191 if you need any bill info.
