iPhone 4 and 4S

My daughter now has my iphone 4 on pay as you go, she brought a freedom pack which is showing as 300 mintes, 3000 texts, 500mb data, but she cant access the internet on 3g at all? Any ideas.

Worth making sure the phone has the correct settings installed, you can do that from the following help page

Set up Internet on your Vodafone mobile

Also, try switching the phone off then on again as it may be a case it needs booting up again on the network.

If that fails then it'd be worth a quick call to customer services on 191 to see if the SIM itself is successfully provisioned for GPRS (the service that will allow you to get internet on your mobile)
