Is it possible to check the progress of a requested unlock via the imei number/telephone number as we have lost/deleted the reference number.

I have taken a look at the email history for the email address that you have used to register with us however I can’t see any request.
Due to this I would recommend completing the online request form here so that our NUC team can request this again for you.
