Iphone replacement

Hi there, i got an Iphone replacement today as my own was damaged. when i try to set it up via itunes or icloud i get an error saying my sim card is not supported....even though its my original sim!!!

 

any ideas?...i cant phone vodaphone atm as i dont have phone to call them lol

Hi Peter,

 

You would most probably be in for a long wait here on the forum.  It could be something simple like a new SIM card which you can get from a Vodafone store, the store staff would also be able to transfer your number to the new SIM.

 

If you took the phone into an Apple store, you would be best help and advise with the problem.  Apple are very passionate about their Customer Service and will quickly get your iphone working.

Hi Forum

Im looking for a bit of advice, ive had my iphone 4s replaced by apple today and the new phone has new serial number and IMEI number will all these details get passes to vodafone to link the phone to my account or will i need to tell them myself.

They should but that does not always happen. If you wait around here fr a Mod to pick your post up they wil make sure your details are updated.
