My Vodafone app still doesn't work after 2 weeks

Are any other new customers having the same issues with the app as I am. I received my 4s on launch day but have it been able to obtain and data from it as it states that I am a new customer and have to wait for my next bill. I have already been billed and the first months charges have been taken out of my account.

I have registered My Account online and have set up paperless billing, and my no. was ported in on the 18th.

Am I missing something really obvious or is the app just unreliable?

Re: My Vodafone app still doesn't work after 2 weeks

Thanks Spacer.

I also joined from O2 and found their app really useful.

I will have to wait a month, but at least we have u/l data for the first 3 months so it's not such an issue, now that I understand why.

These forums do appear really useful and despite a number of unhappy customers, there are some really helpful members.

Cheers,

Mark

No problem. As I said in the other post, it wasn't immediately clear, but I did a bit of digging and found out the answer. And thankfully, you can still check your minutes (which is the only thing you might bust between now and next month) :-)

PS I had the app working in my temp number for about 36 hrs before it was ported. It's almost exactly the same (although there's no faff showing data usage), but just beware that it can be 72hrs old!
