Hello I want to unlock my phone from the vodafone carrier and everytime I try to use the form I get a reply saying I have to pay £19.99 to unlock it because I havent been on vodafone for more than 12 months, which I have i just had to change to a micro sim. Can anyone please help me get around this?

Hi, just to confirm are you a pay monthly customer or pay as you go? It should be free on Pay Monthly even if you have left but pay as you go customers will have to pay £20.
