iPhone 4 and 4S

Hi, After weeks of waiting today i finally recieved my Iphone 4.
I have now noticed that there is a white dot under the screen when the phone is turned off, when turned ON the dot is black.

Am i eligible to get a replacement phone? if so how do i go about returning it.

Hi Girth, I Just tryed but the camera doesnt show it up, its very small (size of a pixel)
Its looks like its a defect from when it was manufactured.

Rang Voda today, they said iv gotta ring on monday as returns dept are not open today.

Probably gonna have to wait another 2 weeks for a replacement

Hi Gezza2008,

I know how annoying a dead pixel can be on a phone, my N95 had one a few years back and I had to get it replaced

It's great that you got your handset replacement sorted out - we've got plenty of iPhone 4's in stock so there shouldn't have been any delay in replacing it
