On Friday 7th October I came to the Vodafone mobile site on my iPhone 3GS and ordered a new contract for the iPhone4s. I was an Orange customer but moved to Vodaphone due to the offer of "25mb of Euro roaming data per day" on contracts OVER £40 per month.
Great I thought, I'll have that !! So, I also decided to go for the £41 900 mins per month.
Now I am told by 'customer services' that I am NOT entitled to the 25mb euro data as I didn't take a tarrif with over 1200 mins!
Rip off! I have kept a copy of the pages showing the offer I took and I am not prepared to let this go.
Anyone else been caught out by ths?
Anyone from Vodafone care to resolve this for me?

You ARE entitled to it, don't worry, it was an error in the system but everyone who signed up to that contract before it was changed, will still get it, vodafone have said today.
I have been told by two different CS reps and one of the mods on this forum, that the Data Traveller offer will not be honoured! I am on the £41, 18 months, 600 mins, iPhone 4S 32 GB.
I have told them that if they don't give me that offer I will cancel my upgrade! I am yet to receive an answer though... So let's give them the benefit of the doubt!

This is not what your colleague Simon told me yesterday in writing. He stated "If data traveller has been confirmed on your e-mail confirmation would still be honoured." which is not what we are saying and what the website stated when ordering.
It does not matter to us, if your system was incorrectly setup at launch, as we based our decision on what we read on the website, i.e. every plan over £40 will receive the Data Traveller offer included in their plans.

It is about time Vodafone listened correctly and provided clarity.
1. I took the £41 per month contract and the 25mb was clearly displayed with this tarff.
2. The 25mb IS NOT listed in my welcome email or anywhere now.
How can I have it honoured if the system didnt recognise it in my order?
Don't forget, I changed network and increased my monthly spend to get this 25mb.
QUESTION: is Vodafone going to honour where persons were offered and signed up but it is not appearing on the account?

Just to clear up some confusion. Vodafone Data Traveller is included in price plans that include 1200 minutes or above. We are aware that earlier this week that some customers did receive in their confirmation e-mails and saw displayed on the website that they have Data Traveller included in their price plan which included 900 minutes at £41 per month. As per Tom's post here, any customers who have received an e-mail stating that Data Traveller is included and ordered up to the point where the site was corrected will have this honoured.
Data Traveller has never been included in price plans of 600 minutes or below and therefore will not be honoured.

See, still no clarity. Can you not read my query?
I took the £41 900 min deal. The website says it includes FREE data traveller. AS PER THE ATTACHMENT ON THE FIRST POST.
However, I have not been given it. It is not in my welcome email.
Why not? I want this honoured. You cannot advertise it as the deal, take my money then remove it.
