I have been trying to get proof of purchase for my phone fromt he email service and they keep telling me they cannot find this. Please can anyone help me? As this is for a insurance lost claim . Thank You

Goto the shop you bought it from - I bought it from the online store!!!

As a side question; do you not have the dispatch note at all as this would serve as a proof of purchase?
