iPhone 4 and 4S

I am thinking of purchasing a Iphone 4 direct from Apple, as I still have a year left on my contract.

My question is that I only have a basic contract 300 minutes and unlimited texts.

Can I add a bundle so that I can access the internet and email other that via WIFI?
