Simon/ Tech Team
The last update on 'orders we have checked' is date stamped 14:01 17th November.
Does this mean you have not checked any orders since that date?
Is there any point in continuing to add order reference numbers to the specified thread, or are we all just wasting time again?

Hi NKCSLTD
We have posted on that thread explaining what will and won't be checked.
The order numbers that you have posted are different and one looks like it is a returns reference.
So that we can look into this in further detail I have just sent you an email, if you can reply back to that we will see what is happening.
Thanks
Martin

No; you haven’t answered my question
This is what you posted on the thread:

“Hi Everyone
Further to Tom's earlier post regarding iPhone 4S Delivery Queries, here is an update on those whose orders have been checked so far.
If your eForum username is listed below, your order status is simply awaiting stock allocation and no further action is required.
If your eForum username does not appear below, we'll be sending an e-mail to your registered eForum e-mail address with a request for further information.
We'll be updating the post as more orders are checked throughout the day.”
And as I previously highlighted your last update with the names of forum members was made on the: Updated 14:01 17th November
Did Vodafone stop checking after this date? Shall we conduct a quick poll of forum members who posted after this date, to see if their order queries were all email specific.
Here’s another question:
Why were customers that ordered the iPhone 4S 64GB model a month and then two months after I placed my order (14th October) in receipt of their phones before Christmas?
What happened to:
“If you're still awaiting delivery of your phone,……... We'll be prioritising the earlier orders which still haven't been received, ie. the preorders, but will aim to provide an update for anybody asking here”
I don't want to hear the usual diatribe about credit checks causing delays, nothing wrong with mine!. You simply have NOT prioritised, you don’t know what the word means!
You have NOT treated customers equitably. Your actions clearly demonstrate this to be case. There are countless examples within these threads on the forum to support this, and I only spent a couple of minutes browsing through!!
Your behaviour as an organisation is suicidal. Do you not yet understand that your strategic business model should be based on RETAINING customer’s not just generating new business (for which the market share is small given the number of people that have mobile phones in this day and age)
Quite frankly I am absolutely disgusted with the diabolical service (and I use the word loosely) from Vodafone and HAVE HAD ENOUGH! As I have highlighted countless times before, if I conducted my business this way and treated my customers with the evident, indifference, disrespect and obvious contempt that you have demonstrated towards the majority then ……
I expect a phone call tomorrow during business hours with a resolution; don’t waste my time with more excuses.
Vodafone customer soon to be ex

Hi - can some one please help me!!
I upgraded to an iphone 4s on December 14th and was told I should have my new 4s 64GB in black before Xmas. I gave my old iphone 4 to my son as a Christmas present and have been waiting for my new phone ever since.
no body can give me any idea when my new phone will arrive. apple have them back in stock but not Vodafone for some reason.
I have now been without a handset for over a month and to make things worse, this is to replace my fault vodafone corporate Blackberry which decides it needs to re-boot itself 6 times today during important calls - hence me trying to move to a personal iphone 4s!
I have called and called and called and all I want is an iphone - I'm happy to take anything until you can deliver my new correct handset
HELP!!!
Many thanks
