iPhone 4 and 4S

I just got my iphone 4s this morning afta waiting nealy two weeks and ive tried using siri and in my opinion is over hyped and is not realy that special. The problem i have is that when i ask it to tell me locations like were is the nearest tesco it says 'i can only look for businesses in the united states, and when you're using U.S English. Sorry about that' and when i do use us english it says it cant find locations in the uk ive heard stuff about this is just a beta if so when will the uk virsion be released?

It has been confirmed that European countries should get the rest of the functionality of Siri in 2012.

Unfortunately it doesn't say when in 2012, but knowing Apple, they won't sit around, I'm sure it will be sooner rather than later.

Although in some respects you are right, it's probably slightly over-hyped, I've never used any voice control features as much as I have used Siri. I think I've pretty much had some form of voice control on my phone since I had some old Nokia dumb phone from about 6 years ago. Siri I find just works, and although last week it did manage to say to my wife "I'm on my weigh home just diving through bar stool" instead of "I'm on my way home, just driving through Birstall", I know it will just get better with time.

It probably doesn't have an every day use, but those odd times you do need it I think it's brilliant.

Thanks for the help guys i realy hope it will be released soon cause ive just passed my driving test and using siri to find places when im driving will be soo much easier

P.S i think we will see siri real capabilities on the iphone 5 when its released.
