Now to look on the Vodafone site it states the Iphone 4S is  £415.84p. Everyone will look and go WOW a bargain, until you get to checkout and then you find its PLUS VAT.

I think Vodafone are scoring an own goal here and this will put people off.

When I clicked on your link it did show the price including VAT (there is also a toggle top right which allows you to switch). You've probably viewed something on the business part of the site and it's remembering you so quoting ex vat prices which seems sensible enough. If you clear out your cookies and click on your link again it will probably default to include vat.

Nope defiantely in the personal section, see screen shot below, i can see the VAT part, but this is not right as people should see the cost Inclusive of VAT

I know but if you have previously been in the business part it sometimes seems to keep this as a default selection even when you go through the personal part. I've seen this with price plans. Just try deleting all or just the relevant cookie and you should be fine.

Does it change if you hit the big Prices Inc Vat button at the top right?

As the Prices ex Vat button is currently active and blue.

It does cahnage yes, however, i am not a business customer and have never looked in the business section

Yes it does change and it remembers the last setting.I think just a cookie that the OP needs to clear. For most people who visit the site it will default to inc vat.
