Hi, any of the Vodafone staff able to have a very quick look for me to check this - I per ordered 2 4s's with the £59 refund. It checked my bill which is due to come off direct debit on the 01/11/11 and the discount doesn't appear, leaving me a £120 more to pay this month. Will it still come off novembers bill or December? Just so I know how much many dinners the good lady will be missing this month ;-) lol

I believe they said it would be on November's bill which in my mind would be the bill that's issued in November, i.e. the one after the current bill you have mentioned.
