I recently upgraded my parents phoes online to an iphone and should be expecting an email within the next day or so to say that my order is at the store to be collected. is there anywhere that i can put my reference number to check the status of the orders?

Hiya, you should get an email when it is depatched, to contact them you can email v-store@vodafone.co.uk or phone 08080 408 408 and they can update you as to what is happening

i havent got a tracking num and havent recieved my phone either i have recived emails saying thats its on its way

with you on that one,im a business customer and ordered my second contract iphone4 week later no sign of despatch ,countless emails ignored,ones that are replied to are just fobbing us off,came to vodafone from o2,starting to realise that mistake,contacting  o2 tommorow.Shocking Service vodafone

I ordered an Ipad 3 online, I received email saying they will do credit check first. Can someone help me to check . How long does it take for the despatch email and my Ipad to arrive?
