I'd hate to add to the same frustration and hi-jack someone else's post - but I too am having the same problem.  I would also like to have an early upgrade, as I am eligible for one. 

I would be grateful if someone could help today and if we could take advantage of the £59 offer.

bobbin, i thought it was online only? iv been having the same issue online and even although im within my 190 days the operator says i cant do it unitl tomorrow

I am eligible for an upgrade on one of my lines but when I was in the retail store this morning, the guy was unable to process the upgrade  due to some sort of IT issue.

I have also tried upgrading on line, confirms i am eligible for an upgrade (not an early one either) but it then comes back with an error saying that product is no longer available)

Can someone here process the upgrade for me?

We're looking into this issue as a real priority to make sure you can get your phones ordered as soon as possible!

I'm trying to figure out if there are any patterns, so can you all answer me these questions?

1) When are you upgrading? Out of contract, within the last 90 days, or between 91 and 180 days?

2) Which device are you choosing when the "No plans available" message comes up?

3) Which browser are you using?

I've managed to replicate this issue myself, but just need the extra info so that I can get it sorted. Thanks for helping

Thanks for confirming that - it helps see what the issue is likely to be.

We can only arrange iPhone pre-orders on standard upgrades, not early upgrades, but we can certainly arrange the pre-order for you come Tuesday if that's your upgrade date.

Was there any particular model you were interested in? There's obviously the range of memory capacity and colour available, so there's a good selection to choose from.

I just want a 16GB black or white. But come Tuesday the iPhone be sold out by then and I will have to be waiting ages with a phone that seems like its on its last legs. 7 years loyal customer for what eh?
