Hello, I have just sent this to support but alot of people say they dont get nothing back so i will add it here to.
I upgraded my HTC Desire to a new iPhone 4s on October 23rd but still have not received my iPhone 4s. Before i upgraded i had a bill of around £36 and my new upgraded contract is around £41.
I knew this at the start but my next bill now available is my new contract of £41+ BUT have not received my iPhone 4s.
So my question is... why am i paying my new contract amount when i aint even received my new contract phone?

Hi Mucka82
When placing the order for the iPhone 4S the price plan will change from that point onwards. When placing the order online it does mention that it changes immediately.
There are benefits to this too, depending what you have had before you do could get an increase in minutes, data etc. Your commitment also starts then so you can upgrade a little sooner too.

Sorry Martin Good Try, but there is no way to dress up and make things what they're not. There is no way to justify charging for services that you do not provide. If the person does not have the phone he should not incur the extra expense as if he had.
Most online companies only take payment when items have been dispatched. Even rip-off mail order companies like Littlewoods and Very don't attempt to take their blood money until item has actually been received by their customers.
Taking monies and increasing tariff cost before VF even have the phones in stock, never mind not in the hands of the customer is an unacceptable and unforgivable practice.

Yep Martin, Stagpole is right, i've forked out nearly £400 towards the phone & paying £11 per month extra for tariff, I get the same mins, txts, data etc, Iknow i pay more each month cos of the iphone but why should i pay it a month plus before I get the phone? the £400 up-front was supposed to put me in a queue I assume. Which i obviously wasn't expecting to be this long!!

Yes martin, i wouldnt mind BUT... when i ordered my iphone 4s you had it in stock so "when placing the order online it does mention that it changes immediately" but so did your site say my iphone 64gb was "in stock" so why wouldnt i mind the changes taking effect immediately?
But when my phone hasnt come thats a whole different outcome. You cant get it your way every time.
I want something sorted please because im not gonna just take this on the chin.

Just a thought!! With the delays in getting upgades, how long is too long? With the iPhone 5 coming in the spring or summer 2012 is it worth being tied down to a 24 month contract or even a 12 month for that matter, when most of us will be wanting to uprade to the iPhone 5 when it arrives.
