Looks like my previous post was deleted so re-posting since I haven't had an answer ![]()
So I ordered my iPhone online. Didn't get a text or email to confirm dispatch but a very helpful person on live chat gave me my con number so that was all good. I've had my tracking information up on my second monitor and delivery was confirmed For 10.14 - 11.14. Woop woop.
At 10.21 I refreshed my tracking page and a message come up saying they couldn't find my address and to ring DPD customer services, which I did. I've now been told I'm unlikely to receive my phone today...
I rang up less than 5 minutes after the tracking information was refreshed, which was 7 minutes after the start of the delivery window. My place of work is clearly labelled in big fat letters, and he far can the driver have got in 5 minutes? Why could he have not turned around and come back. It would only have taken him another 5 minutes, right? I doubt I'm not the only one in my town to order an iPhone 4S from VF.
I highly suspect that the driver has not even attempted to deliver my phone, and instead stopped in a layby and bought a bacon sandwich, a coffee and had a smoke.
VF help please... And maybe review your logistics contract?

Hi MCam,
I've noticed that you've already posted your query here. This was logged to be looked at by the team and, to save duplicating information, we'll only respond on the linked thread.
As there's nothing further that we can add here, I'll now close this thread.
Please use only one thread per query, and as soon as an advisor is available, they'll be along to help.
Thanks
