I see the voicemail and 191 thing are separate issues.
As Spacer says, it may be that things haven't fully ported.

So whether you press the voicemail button or dial 121 it still fails?
As an interim solution, you should be able to call 07836 121 121.
This is also the number you would call to access your voicemail from abroad or another handset.

An earlier poster also experienced the same problem after porting from O2, so it maybe that your phone is trying to call your old O2 voicemail number.

Hi AshDavies
We'll need to check that your mailbox settings are correct on your account. It should be the same as here.
I've sent an e-mail to your registered eForum address with a request for further details. If you could get back to me with some further info we'll lookin into this for you.
Thanks
Simon

Hi annegabita,
Welcome to the Vodafone eForum from all of the team.
Can I ask what happens when you try to call 121?
Also have you tried to deactivate and then reactivate your voicemail by calling 1210 to deactivate and then 1211 to reactivate.
Are you now able to access 121?
If not please take a look at the PM that I have sent you with details on how to get in touch with our team directly so we can take a look at this for you.
You can find your PM inbox here.
James
