iPhone 4 and 4S

So after upgrading my phone on Monday the 14th I am yet to receive confirmation that my order has been taken and am yet to receive the handset (4S).

Upon ordering this product the iPhone was instock and I am slightly paranoid that my order has not been accepted even though the money has been debited from my account.

I am in the exact same position, upgraded the same day as you. Received no email saying about delivery but when I rang vodafone was told delivery would be yesterday but no phone, then I was told it was today but have had no text message advising me of this which I was told I would receive. Getting annoying now!!

I ordered the same day as you two aswell. Mine was a upgrade though, are you both new customers? I receieved a email confirming my order, phone was ment to be delivered today, so phoned up to check it was there before i wasted a trip to town(getting it delievered to the shop) took far too long on the phone. 17 minute wait turned into 30 minutes so hung up. Best advice for ya both, log into your accounts, go to contact vodafone and wait for the online chat to pop up. I've been promised my phone is being shipped today with delivery monday or tuesday, even got told the IMEI number of my iphone. Great thing is you can have the whole conversation emailed to you aswell so if it all falls through you got a bit of evidence on your side =)

i ordered mine last Thursday and i havent even had a confirmation email yet???
