iPhone 4 NUC Code

Hi,
I have recently submitted to customer services all the information needed for my iPhone 4 to be unlocked as it is a present for my mother as she wants to go onto a different network. I have given all of the information needed that was requested on the page for unlocking.
I have received a reply from the NUC team but they have said that I need to go back to CarphoneWarehouse where I bought the phone originally and they will provide me with this code. I have asked CarphoneWarehouse and they have said that they do not supply these codes as they are a third party seller and it is the network that provide the NUC code.
I bought this phone on PAYT (Pay As You Talk) and have topped up the SIM with £20 as it states on the page.
Please advise me on what I should do.
Thanks
Riaz

Hey kukumobile,
Welcome to the Vodafone eForum from all of the team.
I have taken a look at this for you and can see that you have raised a total of 3 requests with two different IMEI numbers.
The first IMEI that you submitted was an IMEI that had already been requested to be unlocked by another customer and as such could not be requested by you.
I have also taken a look at the latest request made by you and can see that this request has been successful and the handset has been unlocked, please place a non Vodafone UK SIM in the handset and connect it to iTunes to complete the unlocking of your handset.

Hi sanket
It normally takes 48 hours to unlock Apple products. This is depending on how many requests are being pushed through.
We have a fantastic help centre page which will cover most questions around the NUC process.
