iPhone 4 and 4S

Hi there,

My girlfriends iPhone 4 stopped working over night and now it wont turn on. Ive tried to restore it whislt plugged in to itunes but the process won't finish.

It starts to extract the software then an error message pops up.

Ive checked the apple website and they say it could be a hardware issue.

So, my question is....who does she have to go to, to get this issue solved. A vodafone store or an Apple store?
