I ordered my iPhone 4s 16GB Black on 17/10/2011. My order number is o289627749.
It has been a week already and the level of customer service has been appalling. I had to call up the customer service line to check whether I passed the credit check as I had not received any email confirmation. All it needed was an automated email!
Further to this I have received mixed estimates for delivery. I would not have opted to join vodafone had I known that I would receive so little communication over my order.
I sincerely hope you can help myself and the other disappointed customers receive their phones within the next couple of days.

I was one of the first to reply to this thread and am still waiting for a response.
Since then i have spoken to someone on chat and they estimated me 3 weeks to wait. And shortly after i spoke to someone on customer services and she told me she was certain i would have it by the end of the week. Can some one please clarify this for me.
o291926657, ordered 19th october.
i also considered changing it to a 32g as they say they are in stock, but like what happened to me, this is a lie again and actually in fact are out of stock.

I ordered my upgrade on 14th October O289279494 got confirmation email of order as said in stock when ordered, text straight away after confirming upgrade to sat order delayed and nothing else since, other than letter in post to confirm new contract. Have spoken with customer services twice and been told 2 different thing, I've been a Vodafne customer for years and think the customer service is now appalling. Any news on when my phone will show it's shiny new face?

I ordered my I-phone 4s, black, 16gb on Tuesday 17th October , o/no o291461885. Delivery at time was quotes as 2-4 days, still no show or word.
As soon as I ordered it you shut down all my BlackBerry related services so I am now without e-mail. Please supply new phone ASAP please. ( I would have thought you would not have closed down BB stuff until new phone despatched?, it makes sense to me !)

Was told it would be approx 7 days when I ordered. Now the vodafone website states 2-4 weeks. I hope people who ordered previously are still priority and orders will be shipped out in the order they were placed?
I'm seriously concidering cancelling and going elsewhere if I don't receive an update.
The stock threads aren't being updated anymore?

I am hopeful this forum will actually get some response. The 4 calls and 3 emails sent have done absolutely NOTHING to get some answers. Good customer service actually gives information, even if it's not what we want to hear. I will be cancelling my order if I don't hear back soon.

I ordered a white iphone 4s 16GB on 14th October (order ref: VFUKMCT00546453).
At the time of upgrade the CS advisor told me the phone was in stock and it would be ready for collection from my local store in 2-4 days.
If you could find out where I am in the queue and roughly how long the wait is it would be much appreciated!
