Hi I was going to leave vodafone but was persuaded to stay and upgrade to the new iphone and was told it would with with me in 2-4 days I stressed that I am going away on the 29th but was assured it would be here well before then  I have chased this about 6 times always being assured I would have it in 2-4 days I am now going on Sat and have no phone.   When you phone it sates that calls are recorded it would be interesting to vodafone and others to listen back to calls and here all of the promises being broken I wonder how they get away with it as in my job if I promise and then not deliver there are major repercussions!!!!!!!!!!
