When I asked to upgrade the order today I was told that it is not possible as I have already ordered. I wish I stayed with O2.

Just to give those of you who have e-mailed a reply to us with your details a quick update. Many of you will so far not have had a response as they are Pay As You Go orders to which I personally do not have access to.
I have sent a request for updates on all of those who have e-mailed with their PAYG order details, as soon as I have further information on your orders I'll be in touch.
If your order is not PAYG and you still haven't received a response, I am working my way through your replies and will be in touch as soon as I can.

Placed it on Wednesday, not been sent any emails or SMS, continually chasing with live chat team and via email. Live Chat says its a stock issue, however over email they've just sent me another customers order details with tracking references saying it's already been delivered?! I want to be sure you actually have my order and everything will be going through fine as I don't want to find that 3 weeks on I'm being told I'm not having one sent. I don't mind waiting the 3/4 weeks, I should have pre-ordered (although it did say IN STOCK when I placed my order), but please confirm everything is all good and my order actually exists.

I am very dissaponted with Vodafone as a new customer!
I have already received an iPhone 4s from tmobile which arrived 2 days after my order, however I wanted to move to Vodafone therefore I am in the process of sending my tmobile handset bk but if I have not heard from Vodafone by end of this week then I think I shall remain with tmobile. Soo very dissaponted :-((

Reordered, told 3 to 5 days.
I'm upgrading, so existing customer.
