I've been with Vodafone for years and decided to upgrade to the iphone early. I did this 9 days ago on the 19th October.

The order number is o291876874. I would be grateful to have some indication of rough timescale as I am having problems with my Blackberry randomly disconnecting from the network and since the upgrade, I no longer have e-mail on my Blackberry!

I really am unhappy!

My order details are:

White iPhone 4s 32GB, Order Number o293683548, ordered on 25th October.

I contacted Customer Services this morning to CANCEL this order as I manged to simply walk into the Apple store and buy the handset that I wanted.  I had to ring Vodafone Customer Services 3 times to find someone who could actually trace my Order, and even than I wasn't completely convinced that she had cancelled it properly.

Please can someone EMAIL me to confirm that my Order has been cancelled and I will not be charged.  I cannot afford for £600 to "accidentally" come out of my account twice.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
