Hi,
Can somebody please help!
Im currently without a phone as I've upgraded to an Iphone then got the dreaded delayed text. I put a post up yesterday which was prompetly moved to the Iphone delivery thread that nobody has made contact about!
Im really starting to get annoyed with the fact im getting no answers! Not even an estimation time for delivery just that its delayed! When I was told over the phone and online that the phone is in stock!

Can somebody from the Voda team please help! preferably not just fobbing it off into another thread!
Would really be appreciated.

I ordered a white 32g iphone 4s a few days ago, says it is in stock on the website however when i phoned up today and had a webchat with an advisor they advised that all the white and majority of black iphones are currently out of stock! why then does the website continue to say they are in stock? i have paid an early upgrade fee to purchase this phone, not to mention they changed my tarriff immediately, so i have been double had!
why cant Voda get there website up to date and inform their customers correctly. all a ploy to get cash in their pockets so people dont go elsewhere i feel.
please can someone from the forum team provide a sensible update, seems to be the only place that gives helpful advice and info.

I've just read this on another thread..
.......... the latest stock information can be found in the online store.
If it is showing as in stock and you have not had any confirmation emails, please let me know the order numbers and I will be able to check these for you.

Now shows on the website that all Iphone 4S's bar the 16gb black are all on back order. guess that means we will now be waiting a good couple of weeks!

If i had waited for 2 weeks I wount have had to pay any upgrade charge, I wanted the phone before xmas though. I would be highly surprised if I do receive it before xmas now.
Considering I will be getting my new phone after the the date that an early upgrade fee wouldnt apply from I would hope vodafone will be waiving this fee. Im paying for a service that I am unable to use properly.

Hi there, I placed my order online today which was also for a back order iPhone 4S, and after reading the coments above, i am quite concerned. I too paid an early upgrade fee, but could have chosen to wait until the end of next week to go in to store and would not have to pay this fee. But after a chat with an advisor i placed my online order as he told me that stock is the same online as it is instore so i am likely to get it quicker by placing it online. I am now wondering whether it would have been better to wait as the 1-2 week estimate now seems to be an inaccurate estimate according to other posts.
Could one of the moderators please re-assure me that these time scales are correct? Thank you

when did you order your phone and what handset was it. i'd be getting my hopes up if i was in your position. sadly i am not. just got the dreaded email - "we are working as hard as possible to get your order processed..."

Which model was it, if its one thats showing in stock it is normally 2-4 days, is it showing as out of stock on the web site now

i have already tried this, they said as i am going for early upgrade, it is only available to do online and they cant assist in the store. where you in the same position, if so i may be willing to try again. maybe you just got one of the very few decent vodafone staff members!!
