Ordered my White 32gb 4s on the 19th and it is getting delivered today. did show as being in stock when ordered so hopefully wont be too much longer for the rest of you guys.
so all in all with the xmas bank hols, it wasnt too long a wait, i was just impatient!!

How is that Vodafone have no stock of the iphone 4s whatsoever? Surely that's not true? It seems as though the updates on here are stating that there is stock online, if that's that case then how have I not recieved my phone yet?! Appalling customer service, it really is not good enough.

Hey there - Can anyone give me an update on o316989477? The give phoneline tells me I can track my delivery online, but Lord knows where. I received a the despatch email some days ago, but have had little information since.

Once again I check the online stock levels for today and it tells me there are phones in stock! So why the HELL have I not been sent my one yet? Three months is one hell of a long time to wait for a phone. Would somebody please look into this for me as it really is joke. I don't want to leave Vodafone, but I'm getting very very close...

8 weeks on and still no iphone4s lost count of the calls and times i have 2 phone, as getting bills of £127 for a phone i didn't have to be told they will take £5 off just pay £122....lol....why would i pay for a phone i dont havei have been with vodafone for yrs i thought they were the best i can get a iphone4s from O2 next day and 3 next day most can give next day any 1 got there new iphone yet.xt day

This doesn't boad well for me then having read this thread. I ordered my black 64gb 4s on sunday (08/01/12), the guy at the store told me 3-4 weeks is likely so I decided to have it sent to store as that far in advance I could never know I'd be at home or not. As you guys can imagine 3-4 weeks came a s little surprise due to the website saying 1-2 week which now having seen this thread is pretty much bullcrap.
However what really concerns me is I was told I was going to receive an email with info about what is going on with my upgrade and the delivery of the phone. Being a sunday I didn't expect much but thought being mostly automated systems I never know I might be lucky and at least get an email that day to say I am in the queue and give me an order number. HOWEVER, monday afternoon I receive a text message (when the paper work says I'll be emailed) giving me an order update which was my item(s) were out of stock and that they would continue to update me via email. Having seen you guys put up order numbers on here for staff to check can I ask if you received those numbers only when you received an email saying your phone had been dispatched?
Cheers for any info you can give me guys, I know I'm very early in my wait for my phone but with the way it seems things are going I'd rather know than not, at least that way I don't spend each day thinking ooo did my email land in my junk mail and I don't know...

I'm a little unnerved by all of these posts because like they all say your website says the product is in stock.
I havent had any emails, just texts and I would just like to know whats going on please

okay, so on behalf of a relitive of mine, they have ordered 2 iphone 4s 16gb from you as a business customer. i am having one of these due to becoming a employee to him. i have been keeping an eye on this forum to keep him updated on the situation due to him being told it may take 3-4 weeks delivery. i have seen numerous people have to wait months for there's?! what's the point, i want to know if it is even worth the hastle and weather the stock update they have are just to entice people to buy the iphones or are actually genuine but vodafone are being stingy buggers.
please shed a light on the matter as i think we are both eager for these phones and he is actually in desperate need of a new phone.
when will we actually recieve them?

I'm guessing like me your relative ordered in store. My local branch told me 3-4 weeks for delivery, where as the website continues to say 1-2 weeks. I ordered my 64g 4s on sunday the 8th of Jan, on the 9th I received a text message to confirm my order was out of stock and that I would be kept in the loop via email, however that is the one and only communique I have had from Vodafone, it's pretty disconcerting to be honest, I've not had any emails that I was informed I would get. I have no order number, no nothing except the two A4 pages handed to me in the store when I did my upgrade which tells me the next steps I should expect to see "in the next few days". I know technically it's still early in the 3-4 weeks but with no communication at all like you I'm rather concerned. You probably have also noticed I pretty much posted this same thing a few posts above and as you can see there have been no words of encouragement from the admin...

Umm....when a resale organisation has problems getting stock of a product, while their rivals don't seem to have the same problems with the same product, this can sometimes be because said organisation is a tad slow about paying its bills and therefore suppliers become reluctant to make deliveries. As customers we then have to hope this isn't an early sign of cashflow issues. This started to happen with Mesh Computers around Christmas 2010 - 5 months later they went into administration. Just saying !
