I placed my order for the White Iphone 4s 16gb on 16th October.
I have contacted vodafone on a number of occasions and i was told last wednesday (19th) of a lady that contacted the warehouse that my phone would be here by either friday 21st or monday 24th but i still have no phone.
I paid an extra £55 to upgrade my phone early yet i have no phone??
My reference number is: O290726117.
Please can you tell me how long it will be until my phone arrives?

My order number is : o291567285. Can you please let me know when this will be processed fully and dispatched roughly, as i have paid almost £600 for the handset and am currently without a phone until this one arrives

I would like an update please. I have received no email confirmations since I made my order. I have tried calling the numbers you have provided but to no avail. I was meant to receive a phone call from Vodafone yesterday in response to my query but I received none. I just want to know the situation as I was told it would be 2-4 days which seems to be the same situation as most people in the forum. My order number is o291857856.
Thank you and I look forward to a swift reply.
p.s. My order date was 19/10/11 and I was also informed by a Vodafone representative that they couldn't find my order.

Have had one email saying order 'received' but no confirmation email. Also rang CS and three times have been told my order can't be found on the system.

Phone got run over. Ordered replacement through you as have £35 a month contract with you. Told (by a human!) when I ordered that it would be 2-4 days.

Can you please check my order as I have now been waiting since the 10th October since my original pre order was placed and then subsequently cancelled by Vodafone on the 12th October due to a technical error? this was order number o288871773
I then had to re order on the 19th October which was when I read the email advising that the pre order had been cancelled and I now must be somewhere at the back of the queue as I havent heard anything since new order number o290022293
Would appreciate someone looking into this and see what can be done to get my outstanding order to me asap as I have missed out on the pre order that I placed due to no fault of my own and through a Vodafone technical error with the upgrade
