I collected my phone from the store this morning but have so far been unable to connect to my WiFi network at home. I enter the correct password (WPA protected network - and I have checked that it is correct!) and it repeatedly tells me that it's the incorrect password. Help please!

The passwords are case sensitive. Make sure the phone is not changing the first letter to a capital or vice versa.

Many thanks for your post about not being able to connect to your WiFi network.

Can you try forgetting the network and then re-adding it? Also, have a look at this support article.

I spent nearly an hour on the phone to Apple support on Monday evening trying to get this sorted and the only way we managed to do it was with the network unsecured. Clearly this is not ideal, and Apple suggested that it may be that the router is not sufficiently up-to-date to deal with an iPhone! As the router is only two years old, I find this hard to swallow. I have the latest firmware installed and am now trying to get hold of Netgear support to see what they have to say. They have failed to respond to a support request I sent on Monday and have now sent another. As I might be looking for a new router, do you know of any that are guaranteed to work with the iPhone4S?
