ok i pre order it on friday at 8am when it went live . got told it shoudl be with you mr shah on friday and i ring vodafone to ask them to say i havent heard anything . They said there not sure. You cant even track your order or anything-

vodafone collegue said mr shah you will get it - so he was lying like most sales advisors!!

please can you tell me the status or how long it will be as someone in the forum wrote recieved iphone4s in the morning no email no txt

I ordered an upgrade of an iphone 4S on tuesday morning, and would really like to know if it is being delivered today?

Can you find me a tracking number or something PLEASE??!!

Even if its not being delivered today, I would really appreciate it if you could tell me

Well its not looking good, my wifes iphone has arrived via parcelforce this morning, new customer ordered Fri evening, mine ordered at 0813 Friday morning (existing customer, upgrade) hasnt. I havent had any emails since the original confirmation, am awaiting a callback from CS, all I want to know is what is the status of my order, hopefully not too much to ask?

It might be that yours might come by DPD - I chat with someone earlier on Vodafone Chat - waited on this page

I'm in the same boat. Ordered Friday, confermation email but nothing since then. Phoned CS and told it would be next week and awaiting stock.

Just phoned carphone warehouse and they say they have them in stock. On hold now to vf to cancel order and go and get one from cw. 

Very anoyed.

Hi All

I can appreciate that you're all eager to get your iPhone's and that some have still not received confirmation e-mails of delivery.

We have seen many instances over the last 24 hours where customers who have ordered their phones have not received any confirmation, yet a tracking number has been allocated and deliveries are out today.

We're also sending some phones by DPD and some by Parcel Force, so if you've placed two seperate orders to the same address but on different accounts there is a very good chance that they could be on different delivery routes.

Phones are due to be delivered between 8am - 6pm today by the couriers.

I have telephoned, emailed and tweeted and just keep getting told there is no way they can say a delivery date, it's completely random I could have it delivered today it could be next week. They have said they have no way of checking or finding out. No dispatch email recieved. Not to mention the issue with data where you select the price plan and on checkout it changes - been advised this is a known problem and it will be set up correctly =s

Anyone had a knock on their door yet?

Call cs this morning to he told I'm out for delivery today so as you can imagine thrilled to bits. Short lived as they could not provide a tracking number and said my ref for dpd is my order number. Called dpd and they told me that have no delivery for me. Called cs back and spoke to an American lady who told me that'd are no delivery details arlt at all and asked if I can hold for 2 mins while she checks. 28 mins later she comes back and tells me she is still on hold with a different department. I am a new customer and I have been treated very unfairly so if I don't get my phone by close of business today I'm canceling. Sort it out Vodafone please.

I pre-ordered mine on Sunday night, only received an order confirmation and nothing regarding it being dispatched but... just got a text from my Dad to say it's ARRIVED (I live in central Scotland) So keep positive!!

I preordered on Friday with Voda, been promised phone today by cs and this forum all week.
This morning, as last night, I have been told my status is awaiting allocation of stock when a new batch arrives.

So I am queuing at O2 in Reading town centre, holding a ticket that guarantees me a phone when my turn comes.

As my phone hasn't arrived with Voda yet can I cancel the order now?

Please can someone get in touch to organise cancellation.

Hi 

I'm a new Business Customer with 2 handsets ( 2 iPhone 4S's I hope ) 

I ordered at 1pm on Friday 7th , order confirmation email recivied and Credit Check pass email recivied at 5PM same day. 

Thats it, nothing else from VF 

I've just checked the bank accounts and no money has been taken yet - I imagine this isnt a good sign 

Should I just stop doing paperwork while waiting for delivery and get out earning again ? :-)

Ive been waiting on CS on hold now for 35 minutes... yes there busy, but this is attrocious.  Mine has been ordered, and had confirmation of order... but nothing else.  When I gor thought to CS after 20 minutes the representative said she could see the order, with a delivery data today, but it had a note saying it was pending, and that she would need to transfer me to the on-line sales team

I'm having delivered to the nearest Vf shop, and just want to know when to go and pick it it.  I'm not bothered that it is not today!  But the lack or order update is more than annoying.  My current Iphone has now gone down 6% while waiting in the queue!

! am new customer who ordered a Phone's 32Gb white on Monday. Instant email saying thanks for purchase etc, awaiting credit check etc

Still No email to confirm credit check, called customer services on Wed- don't worry everything is OK here is your account number, email will be sent soon its automated system so can't be forced out etc, phone is ordered and will be with you Friday

Yesterday, still no email, nothing.

Today, no email, called customer services, still tracking number, customer services check with warehouse, its on back order, why can't Vodafone be up front? Is it because they know you will go to another vendor rather than wait, pretty disappointing as I would rather have a honest answer than be lied to. Luckily I am not desperate for the phone today, its more of a case of hanging around the house all day for nothing.

now been on the phone to CS for 52 minutes.  just spoken to a very unhelpful and somewhat abrupt operator who said, i cant find your order number on our system(!), i'll just put you on hold a second....... now back in the queue....

As someone else said in another forum (no offence to new customers) but Vodafone haven't seemed to have given any priority what so ever to us old customers, and what's more it doesn't seem like any priority has been given to those who ordered on the first day the pre-orders went live either!

I have 4 contracts on Vodafone and have been a customer since back when they used to sell the in-car phones. I also ordered the phone in the morning when the pre-orders went live and I just got some kind of dispatch email an hour ago, not expecting the phone until monday at the earliest now which is quite disappointing. And to make it that much worse, they used the postcode checker wrong (I warned them when ordering not to do this) and have put the wrong first line of my address down...so I have to deal with that somehow by ringing parcelforce/VF (already called VF about 4 times for 1-2 hours each trying to resolve that)

Anyway, congrats to those who got their phones!
