iPhone 4 and 4S

Just did a test, and was able to connect my ipad to my iphone4 (running iOS5) seems to work without problems (other than the slow speeds of vodafone 3G service). 

I do not know what happened to tethering restriction, but its great, all we now need is a proper 3G service.

Yep, tethering is now included as standard which is really good.

It does of course use your data allowance though so keep an eye out on usage!

Did we ever find the link/source that says it's included and comes from your own data allowance? 

If it does that's awesome - but slightly negates my mifi purchase a few months ago

How long have you had your tariff? Did you sign up to your tariff after 1 June 2011?

Yes, we did find it... where? I can't find it again!

But if you Google "Vodafone, tethering, June" then you will find multiple sources who confirm the launch of new tariffs starting on June 1st 2011 which allow tethering within your allowance.
