iPhone 4 and 4S

Hi,

I am eligable for my upgrade today and when I called up the team were unable to offer me a deal I have seen that Orange have got.  I really want the iphone 4s without having to pay for the handset.  I would like a £36 contract.

Is it worth me cancelling and going to Orange or will they change their minds and want to keep my business.

I have had an online chat also today and they seemed to think that they can offer me and match Orange and have put notes on my account and for me to call up again.
