started explaining that i ordered 2 iphone 4s's last friday and havent received any confirmation.... BECAUSE THE PHONES NOT OUT YET MATE was his response before i could even finish. he said voda dont even have any in stock, so because its not released im not going to get any email until tomorow, so I said hmm thats strange as on your forum people are saying theyve had dispatch emails to confirm its on its way. all he had to say was that vodafone dont have them in stock yet and until they do no 1 will get any notification, so i questioned further saying if you dont have them in stock how on earth am i going to receive it tomorrow? to which he just repeated that they wont have them in stock until tomorrow.
and on that basis, im considering cancelling my order of 2 shiny new headsets and terminating my contracts, sure o2 would be happy of the business

I can agree with this, i have just called VF reagrding something unrelated to the iphone, but at the end of the call i said can they check my order etc... as i have not recieved a txt or e-mail. I gave my order number and told him that i ordered it last friday at 8.30am ish
He cam back and said and i quote...."###### off with your iphone query, ive had this all day and had enough of it! you'll get it when you get it" then he hung up!
Ok i know they probally been in undated with queries etc, but to tell a customer to "######" is totally rude and i am serouisly considering taking my custom else were!
I do hope my iphone 4s is on its way and i get it tomorrow / or some detailed information reagrding my order soon...... unfortualtly i didnt ge this name, but i WILL be making a complaint to Vodafone!

Oli1983, i know it won't affect vodafone one bit, but as a customer i shouldnt be sworn at, or have the operators frustration taken out on me... The enquiry i called about was dealt in a very helpful manner.... its only when i asked regarding the delivery etc.
If they not happy or getting stressed about the number of calls regarding the same matters surely they should let a supervisor etc know, not take it out on their customers...?!?

Clearly this is unacceptable behaviour and this kind of behaviour will not be tolerated by any of our agents!
I've sent an e-mail to your registered eForum address with a request for further information. If you could reply to the e-mail we'll be more than happy to investigate this for you.
In the meantime, iPhone orders are still expected to be delivered tomorrow as normal, just keep an eye out for your despatch e-mail.
