i have email from v-store confirming that iphone 4 is out of stock even thoe your listing it as in stock!
is this not false advertising? tricking us to part with our money to secure orders even thoe you can not forfill them?
this realy takes the biscuit!
i cant wait to see how long it actualy takes to receive my phone. bet its longer then it takes to hide this thread!

Hi,
I cant tell you how much I agree with your comment!! I ordered my phone on Saturday being quoted a 2-4 day delivery time, then my confirmation order email tells me it is currently out of stock and will be sent when they have some available!
I have paid £120 for the phone and then £40 a month for the contract...which they have already changed and started charging me for as of Saturday, even thought I don't have the phone. How is it ethical to charge for a service they havent even started to provide to me?
I emailed the customer support team and they werent very helpful and one of them told me that they should get stock in the next 7 - 10 days and that I "might" get my iphone then, but they couldnt confirm it. Everytime I email someone entirely different comes back to me and is just as unhelpful as the last person I spoke to.
Seriously considering telling Vodafone to shove the phone and I will go back to 02 where they actually have it in stock...either that or I might have to put in a little email to WatchDog ![]()

Hi Guys
I can appreciate where your coming from on this point.
When we are given a stock update, it is accurate. However; As this is manually added, it will not be accurate in realtime, meaning if we get a report at 8am then this report is acurate to 8am, we have no way of knowing until the next stock update how this situation has changed.
Thanks
