iPhone 4 and 4S

Hi, I just upgraded my iphone 3gs to the iphone 4 today and i have no signal. I always used to get brilliant signal with the 3gs and now - nothing. This is really annoying as my sister also has an iphone 4 with vodafone and she gets signal. please help!!!!!

have just figured out what was wrong - sim card not provisioned.... (i dont speak tech language but taking sim out and putting in again fixed it). only problem i have now is that loyalty sim given to me with 100 mins and 500 txts for me to use is a normal size sim - iphone 4 have TINY SIM!!!!! not helpful!!!

Hi Jo,

You don't need to lose the package you've currently got! There should have been a MicroSIM with your iPhone 4 when it arrived, check around in the packaging for one. To get your package moved across, just follow the instructions here: Vodafone MicroSIM activation
