Hi there, been reading this thread, I have the same problem also, been trying to set up my vodafone online and keeps requesting either an account PIN or account NUMBER. I do not have either. Plus I have not recieved my first bill yet for this informations and have text the number in the thread and I get the same response regarding " I am not eligible to upgrade". Could someone please help with this one, thank you. Amanda

If you send a text message to 97886 saying account and your postcode - eg account NW12EE you will receive back your account number in a text message.
If you could please try this first if you have not already done so.
I have also sent you both an email and providing the text service is unsuccessful please complete and reply to this and we will investigate further for you.

I have been trying to find my PIN/Account Number for the past 2 weeks thinking it must just be me. Even text my postcode to the number to receive "You are not eligible for an upgrade." Would it be possible for someone to send me details please? Need to see what my bills are doing online (as Vodafone has already overcharged me within 13 days of receiving my new phone!)
