I’m sorry to see that you’re having issues obtaining your account number; I’m not sure why this is happening so I will feed this back and get this looked into.

i cannot find my account number or pin as i have forgotten my four digit security number. i need to have either one as otherwise i cant login to my account to view and pay my bills!

If you’d like us to email you back with your account details just go to the “Contact Us” link. Then complete the form but you need to complete the “subject*” heading as follows:

Likewise i cant get my account number. Have text account and postcode to 97886 and got told im not elligible to upgrade my account. Now as I am to get online billing how the hell am I supposed to view that without this information

Having the same issue.
Got my new iPhone 4 today, and now to register its asking for a pin/account no, and i don't remember making one?
I've tried texting account to 97886 but just the same email saying i'm not due for an upgrade.
Can anyone help me?

I've sent you an email so that we can check your account number. If you reply with all the details, then we'll be in touch as soon as we can. Alternatively, if you give customer services a call on 191/08700700191 then they'll be able to advise you of it.

Having the same problems and getting bit fed up now with all this not to mention with Vodafone. I called 191 and requested a call back. When they called back they then hung up on me then second call back failed to come! Need to pay my bill as you failed to take the money and now i cant see my account! Yet more horrendous service from vodafone!
