Complaint - why haven't I received a callback from a manager after talking to nearly 15 people on 191 and on Vchat (which the claimed complaints manager ended the chat!!!!)?! For a communications company this is pathetic! The customer care is absolutely disgraceful. What time I have wasted trying to talk to a manager! Not a major ask! I will ask AGAIN, can a complaints manager phone me today.
