How long does it take to unlock iPhone 5S?

I submited the online form, around 5 days ago, and Ive not heard anything back, not even a confirmation email? thanks

Have you tried connecting the phone to iTunes with a non Vodafone sim card in it as that is the way the unlock is finalised?

The email you receive from Vodafone is confirmation that they have submitted your request to Apple but the time scale for unlocking is then in Apple's hands and varies a lot. Apple can take up to 21 days to process the unlock and Vodafone have no control over that.

Hi i have currently placed an order for unlocking my iphone 5s and i have been waiting for 6 days now and still no response.  Its rediculous.

@MGandhi100 - It can take up to 21 days for Apple to update the unlocking process.

You’ll need to sync your phone with iTunes as this is the first place this will be updated and how the unlocking process is completed.
