Iphone 5C Screen Issues

Hi

I'm experiencing some rather strange issues with the screen on my 5C

Firstly there appears to be a colour issue at the top of the screen, Quite often there's a band of purple which covers about 25% of the screen at the top.

Secondly i'm having severe typing issues. The keyboard is not recognising where i'm typing and now typing an email or txt message has become a serious chore with many mispelt words.

I've not had issues like this with my previous iphones. I've had this one since April and it has not been damaged in any way but am concerned that it's not working well at all.

has anyone else experienced these issues?

Hi there

It sounds like the screen may be faulty and you'll need to send it off to Vodafone for repair.  Alternatively, you can make an appointment to see a Genius in your local Apple store - they should also be able to help you
