MMS

I have an Iphone 5s and I do not receive photos when others send me them through text (MMS).

I seem to receive them from some people and not others, I think those I can receive are sent from other apple devices, while those sent from non-apple phones do not arrive.

I have been informed by customer services that if I have to turn off iMessage to be able to recieve MMS from non-apple devices which does not seem like it can be correct.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Hi

Try going to Settings > Messages and make sure MMS is turned on towards the bottom (see below screenshot).

If you still have problems it would be worth going through the contact us form and selected web chat, or a quick call to 191 and ask them to make sure you've got MMS provisioned on your SIM card and that it isn't barred.

Thanks for getting back to me, MMS is definitely on and I've already stayed what the person that answered my call to 191 said.
Do you have any further suggestions?
