Repair

So for the past month my iPhone 5 hasn't been able to make calls, when i call out it rings once and then the call fails, also some of my messages aren't being recieved.

I have had many calls to vodafone and they have told me to take the handset into store for a repair, she told me that i would be given an up to date smart phone whislt mine was away.

Is this information correct and will i be charged for it going away.

SO i went into store and had my phone sent away but the phone they have given in the mean time the plug doesn't ork to charge it and the speaker is broken, i am using a samsung galaxy s2 in the mean time due to this, but i am scared then when i go into the store they will say it was me who broke the phone

Any advice?

If you return the phone to store, they'll be able to sort this out for you.
